Next course, Internet Law & Policy (CICS 597L) will begin on June 5th. This course offers practical legal knowledge needed by computer and security professionals, including an introduction to contracts, relevant laws and regulations regarding fraud and abuse, privacy, intellectual property, subpoenas and NSLs, and employment law. This class is being taught by Marvin Cable, Esquire, a practicing attorney with experience in various fields of law, including: internet, intellectual property, technology, civil rights, business, and contracts.
